SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND FAQS

Thank you for supporting my small business! I’m grateful for your business and am here to help in any way I can.

GENERAL FAQS

Are your art prints archival?

Yes! All of my prints are produced locally in Toronto, Canada, and are printed on lush matte Hahnemühle Bamboo paper in order to minimize the impact on the planet while creating high-quality, archival prints. The natural white, warm-toned bamboo paper does not contain optical brighteners and is soft and lightly textured.

How do I find out about upcoming events and sales?

The best way to find out about upcoming releases and special sales is by subscribing to my newsletter where you’ll be the first to know about new products, promotions, and paintings.

Do you have a physical location? Do you offer local pick-up?

I do not offer local pick-up at this time. I work from a small home studio that is taking over my living room, which means it’s not open to the public. However, if you would like to be notified about in-person markets and pop-ups in the Toronto area, sign up for my newsletter.

Do you include a receipt in the package?

I do! When I order something online, I like to have a receipt as an easy way to check everything I ordered arrived. And, as I pack your order, including a receipt helps me to keep track of everything and ensure all of your items are included.

Do you offer gift options?

Yes! If your order is a gift, leave me a note at checkout. I can include a handwritten note, and simple gift wrapping to make your special person feel extra important.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

What are your recycling and sustainability practices?

I care deeply about the environment and taking care of it, which starts with using what I have. For now, that means acid-free plastic sleeves for your prints and paintings, while I use up what I have on hand.

All of my prints are produced locally in Toronto, Canada, and are printed on Hahnemühle Bamboo paper in order to minimize the impact on the planet while creating high-quality, archival prints.

All prints and paintings also ship flat in rigid recycled cardboard mailers to ensure that your purchase arrives safely.

When will my order ship?

I aim to pack and ship all orders within three business days from the date the order was placed. However, I am a one-woman team and sometimes it takes me a little longer. When I have a new release and get a lot of orders at once, orders may take longer to ship. Please leave a comment in your order or email me at [email protected] if you need something quickly or have any questions about when your order will ship.

I'm international, when will my order arrive?

International orders usually take 1-4 weeks to arrive. Once your order leaves Canada Post, I am unable to track it until it is delivered by your local service.

Will there be customs on my order?

Unfortunately, I cannot predict or control whether there will be additional charges, duties, or customs levied on your order. Some countries charge an import or customs fee. Please be aware of your country’s rules before you place your order. It is also possible that your local post office may hold your item while waiting for payment. If this parcel is abandoned, unfortunately, I cannot offer a refund.

What do I do if I got the wrong items or quantity?

Oh no, I’m so sorry! I do my best to check (and double-check) each order, but mistakes happen. If you do receive your order and discover that the wrong item or wrong quantity was shipped to you, please reach out to me at [email protected] and I’ll work to make it right.

My order is damaged! What do I do?

If you receive your order and discover that something is damaged, please reach out to me at [email protected] and I’ll work to make it right.

My order is lost in the mail! What do I do?

As long as the address you provided was correct, I am happy to replace or refund your lost order at my expense.

Oops, I provided the wrong address. What do I do?

If your order has not shipped, email me at [email protected] so I can make that change! If your order has already left my studio or has been returned to me, I ask that you cover reshipping and provide an updated or more reliable shipping address.

What happens if my item is denied at my address and returned to your studio?

If your item was returned because you: missed delivery, moved, gave the wrong address, or left the item unclaimed at the Post Office I ask that you cover reshipping and provide an updated or more reliable shipping address.

I will contact you using the email provided in your order. After 30 days any unclaimed items will be considered abandoned.

Can I combine multiple orders?

I am happy to combine orders if you placed more than one. Please contact me at [email protected] as soon as possible. In some cases, I can refund shipping overage.

I need to make a return or exchange. What do I do?

I want you to be happy with the items you purchased. If they aren’t what you expected or you would like to make a return, I accept returns of non-sale items within 14 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. But before you send anything back, please contact me at [email protected] so I can find the best solution.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, like one-of-a-kind art and any items on sale. Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
